Description
Warmoes is about 1 ha. We have a large orchard with beautiful, characterful trees, plums, apples, pears, cherries, plums, medlars, kiwis, mulberries, sour cherries and a walnut tree. Are you curious about the varieties? There are 24 information boards in our orchard.
Between the trees and in our large field there are more than 75 types of vegetables, including special (historical) ones such as chard, lentse cucumber, winter purslane, root parsley, sorrel, rue, leaf mustard and kohlrabi.
Tomatoes, eggplants, lettuce, radishes, carrots, strawberries and herbs grow under the glass and in the greenhouse. In summer, the tastiest grapes hang in our small grape greenhouse. On our terrace there is a herb garden and an edible flower garden.
We also have a flower picking garden and no less than 8 different types of berries, raspberries and blackberries.
Our bee colonies and free-range chickens complete the horticultural business.
