The now prevailing attitude is for meat production, even thoug with its milk ate also produced cheeses gaining the appraisal on the local market. Adamello Blond Goat is currently bred on the massif of Adamello, in particular in the areas of Val Saviore and Val Camonica (province of Brescia, Lombardy).
