Description
The Schneiderhof is situated at 1,560 m above sea level and comprises approx. 25 hectares of meadows, pastures and woodland, which we cultivate biodynamically. We strive for the preservation of endangered domestic animal breeds and keep Pustertaler Sprinzen, Alpine and Tyrolean stone sheeps, Altsteir chickens and some bee colonies. As a farm we produce meat, eggs, wool, lambskins, breeding animals and organic honey.
